Refund Policy for Course Enrollment / Purchase

Terms of Agreement
The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads, online course materials, and self-paced courses offered by SkillPlus Academy, is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. We advise all consumers to carefully review these Terms before making any purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

1. Payment Policy
Secure Transactions:
All transactions for the purchase of digital products, PDF downloads, resource materials, and online content are processed through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay or PhonePe, which utilize SSL encryption. These gateways ensure the safety of your payment details and support various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking, across different countries.

Data Security: Your payment details are not stored by SkillPlus Academy during the transaction process, ensuring your privacy and security.

Currency and Taxes: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Additional taxes or currency conversion fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.

Right to Amend: SkillPlus Academy reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings, without prior notice.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Products
Non-Refundable Nature: Since our products (e.g., PDF downloads, online course materials) are digital and intangible, they are deemed “used” once downloaded or accessed. Therefore, all purchases of digital products on www.skillplusacademy.com are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Download and Unzipping Issues: If you encounter issues while downloading or unzipping a digital product, you must report the problem within 3 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your transaction details. Failure to report within this period will be construed as a successful download, and you will forfeit any right to a refund or redress for download-related issues.

Product Not as Described: If a digital product does not match its description on the website, you must report the issue within 3 days of purchase.

Clear evidence (e.g., screenshots, detailed explanation) must be provided to prove the discrepancy. Complaints based on false expectations or personal preferences will not be honored.

SkillPlus Academy’s Discretion: We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternative solutions, such as access to a corrected product, at our discretion.

3. Refined Refund Policy for Course Enrollment
Money-Back Guarantee: 
At SkillPlus Academy, we value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality education. If a self-paced or online course does not meet your expectations, we offer a 3-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 3 days of your course enrollment with your purchase details. We will process a 100% refund of your payment, no questions asked.

Post 3-Day Period: After the 3-day refund window, if you continue accessing the course (e.g., watching videos, completing quizzes), your payment will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This policy applies to all course formats, including self-paced and instructor-led programs.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your request, depending on your payment method and bank processing times. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment.

Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as lack of time to complete the course, change of mind, or failure to meet technical requirements (e.g., internet or device issues), unless specified otherwise. SkillPlus Academy reserves the right to deny refunds if the request does not meet the above conditions or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Delivery of Goods and Services
Digital Product Delivery:
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a link to access your digital product (e.g., PDF downloads, course materials) or self-paced course. Access details for self-paced courses will be provided in your SkillPlus Academy account dashboard.

Delivery Issues: If you do not receive the digital product link or course access within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your transaction/payment details. We will ensure your product is delivered or provide alternative access as soon as possible.

Access Duration: Self-paced courses are accessible for the duration specified in the course description (e.g., 6 months, 12 months or lifetime access). Access may be revoked if these Terms are violated.

5. Leave/Break Policy for Courses
Short Break (15 Days or More): 
If a student takes a break of 15 days or more during an instructor-led course, they will need to wait for the next available batch to resume classes. The student must adjust to the batch timings of the new batch, and no special accommodations will be made for scheduling conflicts.

Extended Break (More Than 1 Month): If a student takes a break of more than 1 month without prior notification, they will be required to pay 30% of the course fee to resume the course. The student will need to join the next available batch, subject to availability.

Long-Term Break (More Than 3 Months): If a student takes a break of more than 3 months without informing SkillPlus Academy, they will be required to pay the full course fee again to continue the course.

Notification Requirement: Students must inform SkillPlus Academy in writing (via email to [email protected]) if they plan to take a break, to avoid additional fees or course termination.

6. Revision Policy for Courses
Course Revision Fees: 
If a student wishes to revise a course they have already completed, they must pay 50% of the current course fee to re-enroll.

Batch Availability: The student will need to wait for the next available batch to join the revision program, and they must adjust to the batch timings.

Access to Updated Content: During revision, students will have access to the latest version of the course content, including any updates or improvements made by SkillPlus Academy.

7. Intellectual Property

OwnershipAll course content, including videos, PDFs, quizzes, and other materials, is the intellectual property of SkillPlus Academy and protected by copyright laws.

License to Use: Students are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for personal learning purposes only.

Prohibited Actions: Students must not copy, distribute, share, or sell course materials, nor use them for commercial purposes. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

8. Changes to Terms
Right to Update: 
SkillPlus Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy for Job Application Fee

At SkillPlus Academy, we provide a one-year job support service for applicants who apply through our Jobs page. A nominal fee of ₹99/- INR is charged for processing and maintaining job support services.

1. No Refund Policy
The ₹99/- INR job application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
This fee is used for processing applications, maintaining job support services, and improving the platform.
Once the payment is made, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

2. Eligibility for Job Support
The ₹99/- INR fee is NOT a job guarantee; it provides career guidance and one-year job support services.
Only applicants who complete the application process will be eligible for support.

3. Processing Time for Refund Requests (If Applicable)
If an eligible refund request (due to technical issues) is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. Refunds will NOT be given for reasons like:

“I changed my mind”
“I did not get a job immediately”
“I misunderstood the service”

4. Fraud Prevention & Misuse
Any attempt to abuse the refund policy (e.g., multiple refund requests, false claims) will result in permanent disqualification from job support.
Multiple applications with the same email/phone number will not be eligible for refunds.

5. Modification of Policy
SkillPlus Academy reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Refund Policy for Affiliate Marketing

1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available for digital products (e.g., online courses, training programs) within 30 days of purchase, provided the course has not been completed or accessed beyond 20% of the content. For corporate training or bulk purchases, refunds are subject to the terms agreed upon in the contract. Please contact us at [email protected] for details.

2. How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order details, including the order number and reason for the refund request.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Impact on Affiliate Commissions:
If a purchase was made through an affiliate link and a refund is issued within the 30-day refund window, the commission earned by the affiliate for that sale will be deducted from their affiliate balance. Affiliates will not be required to repay commissions already paid out, but future payouts will be adjusted to reflect any refunds processed.

4. Non-Refundable Items:
Completed courses, downloaded materials, or services fully rendered (e.g., live training sessions) are non-refundable. Third-party services or products purchased through our platform (e.g., external tools, certifications) are subject to the respective third-party refund policies.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes:
If a customer initiates a chargeback (a forced refund through their bank or credit card issuer), the affiliate commission tied to that sale will also be revoked. Chargebacks may result in additional fees for SkillPlus Academy, and we reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts involved in fraudulent activities leading to chargebacks.
