The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

Payment + Refund Policy

All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as Razorpay or PayPal that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process. Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.skillplusacademy.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. SkillPlus Academy reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Delivery of Goods and Services

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact info@skillplusacademy.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Download and unzipping issues

it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 3 days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason.

Product not-as-described

such issues should be reported within 3 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Refund policy for Course Enrollment

At SkillPlus, We value the trust of our patrons immensely. But, if you feel that a course does not meet your expectations, we offer a 3-day money-back guarantee, just send us a refund request via email within 3 days of Course Enrollment and we will refund 100% of your payment, no questions asked! But after 3 Days, if you continue your Course, Payment will not refund or exchange any how.

Leave / Break Policy

If any student has taken leave / break for 15 days or more. After break, if he/she want to continue the class he/she will have to wait for next batch, also he/she have to adjust according to the batch time available. If any student has taken break more than 1 Month, then he/she have to pay 30% of the Course fee to continue the class.  If any student has taken break more than 3 Months without information, then he/she have to pay full fee of the Course fee to continue the class. 

Revision Policy

If anyone wants to revise the course, he/she has to pay 50% of the Course fee and also wait for New Batch.
