Terms and Conditions for Enrolled Students

Enrollment Process
To enroll, students must complete the Admission form on our website, select their desired course, and make the required payment. Upon successful payment, students will receive a confirmation email with access details for the self-paced course. Enrollment in a course is personal to the student and cannot be transferred to another individual.

Self-Paced Course Access and Usage
Upon enrollment, students will receive access to the self-paced course for a specified duration (e.g., 6 months 12 months, or lifetime access, as mentioned in the course description). Access may be revoked if these Terms are violated. Students may access self-paced course materials solely for personal learning purposes. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing course content (e.g., videos, PDFs, quizzes) in any form is strictly prohibited. Students are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible device, stable internet connection, and necessary software (e.g., a web browser) to access self-paced courses.

Payment and Fees
The fees for each self-paced course are listed on our website. Students must pay the full amount at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other methods specified on our website. Course fees for self-paced courses are non-refundable once access is granted, except as outlined in our Refund Policy (see Section 6).

Student Responsibilities
Students must not engage in any activity that disrupts the learning environment, including sharing login credentials, cheating on quizzes.

Support and Assistance
Students enrolled in self-paced courses can access support via email ([email protected]) or live chat (if available). Support is limited to technical issues and course access queries.

Privacy and Data Protection
SkillPlus Academy collects personal information (e.g., name, email, payment details) during enrollment to provide course access and support. This data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect student data. However, students are responsible for securing their own devices and internet connections.

Limitation of Liability
SkillPlus Academy does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, job placements, or career success from completing a self-paced course. Results depend on the student’s effort and external factors.

Termination of Access
SkillPlus Academy reserves the right to terminate a student’s access to a self-paced course if they violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to make required payments.

Changes to Terms
SkillPlus Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Terms and Conditions for Employers

Purpose of the Platform
The NextGen Recruit Page by SkillPlus Academy is designed to connect employers with skilled IT professionals, including our trained students and external candidates, to fulfill their hiring needs.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NextGen Recruit Page, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility to Use the Platform
The NextGen Recruit Page is available to registered businesses, organizations, or individuals acting on behalf of a company who are seeking to hire candidates for legitimate job opportunities.

Employer Responsibilities
Employers must provide accurate and complete information about their organization, job postings, and hiring requirements. All job postings must be for legitimate job opportunities and must not contain misleading, discriminatory, or illegal content.

SkillPlus Academy’s Role
SkillPlus Academy acts solely as a platform provider to connect employers with potential candidates. We do not guarantee the suitability of candidates or the success of any hiring process. SkillPlus Academy is not an employment agency and does not act as an employer or recruiter on behalf of any party.
 
Candidate Data and Privacy
Employers may access candidate data (e.g., resumes, contact details) solely for the purpose of evaluating and hiring candidates. This data must not be used for any other purpose, including marketing or third-party sharing.
 
Prohibited Activities
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
Use the platform for illegal activities or to promote discrimination.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
Share candidate data with third parties without consent.
 
Limitation of Liability
SkillPlus Academy does not guarantee that employers will find suitable candidates or that candidates will accept job offers. SkillPlus Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the NextGen Recruit Page, including but not limited to loss of profits or business opportunities.

Terms and Conditions for Corporate Training

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Purpose of the Service: These Terms and Conditions govern the use of corporate training services provided by SkillPlus Academy, an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Institute (SkillPlus Academy® – Trademark No. 5901239). Our corporate training programs are designed to upskill employees in IT domains.

Acceptance of Terms: By scheduling or participating in a corporate training program with SkillPlus Academy, the company (hereinafter referred to as ‘Client’) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility to Use Corporate Training Services
Who Can Use:
Corporate training services are available to registered businesses, organizations, or entities seeking to train their employees.

Minimum Requirements: Clients must provide a minimum number of participants (e.g., 5 employees) for a training session, as specified during the scheduling process. Additional requirements, such as prior knowledge for advanced courses, will be communicated in advance.

3. Training Scheduling Process
How to Schedule:
To schedule a corporate training program, the Client must contact SkillPlus Academy via email ([email protected]) or through the Corporate Training page on our website. The Client must provide details such as the number of participants, preferred training topics.

Confirmation: Upon agreement on the training scope, schedule, and fees, SkillPlus Academy will send a confirmation email to the Client with the training details. The training is considered confirmed only after the Client agrees to the terms and makes the required payment.

Customized Training: SkillPlus Academy offers customized training programs tailored to the Client’s needs. Customization requests (e.g., specific topics, duration) must be communicated during the scheduling process and may incur additional fees.

4. Payment and Fees
Training Fees:
The fees for corporate training programs are determined based on the number of participants, training duration, and customization requirements. A detailed fee structure will be provided in the training proposal sent to the Client.

Payment Terms: Clients must pay 50% of the total fee as an advance at the time of scheduling the training. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of the training completion. Payments can be made via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Refundable Fees: Training fees are non-refundable once the training program has commenced, except as outlined in the Cancellation Policy (see Section 5).

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation by Client:
 

More than 14 days before the scheduled start date: A full refund of the advance payment will be issued, minus a 5% administrative fee.
Between 7-14 days before the scheduled start date: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before the scheduled start date: No refund will be issued.

Cancellation by SkillPlus Academy: SkillPlus Academy reserves the right to cancel a training program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, technical issues). In such cases, the Client will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the training at no additional cost.

Rescheduling: The Client may request to reschedule the training program at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days prior may incur a 10% rescheduling fee.

6. Training Delivery and Participation
Mode of Delivery:
Corporate training programs may be delivered online (via platforms like Zoho or Microsoft Teams) or in-person at the Client’s premises, as agreed upon during scheduling. For in-person training, the Client must provide a suitable venue, equipment (e.g., projectors, computers), and internet access.

Participant Responsibilities: Participants must adhere to the training schedule, follow the trainer’s instructions, and maintain a professional demeanor during the sessions. SkillPlus Academy is not responsible for participants’ failure to attend or engage in the training.

Training Materials: SkillPlus Academy will provide training materials (e.g., PDFs, slides) to participants for personal use only. These materials must not be shared, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes.

7. Intellectual Property
Ownership:
All training content, including presentations, videos, PDFs, and other materials, is the intellectual property of SkillPlus Academy and protected by copyright laws.

License to Use: Clients and participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the training materials for internal training purposes only.

8. Certification and Completion
Certificate Issuance:
Upon successful completion of the corporate training program, participants will receive a digital certificate of completion from SkillPlus Academy.

9. Changes to Terms
Right to Update:
SkillPlus Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Program

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Affiliate Program of SkillPlus Academy (https://www.skillplusacademy.com), an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Institute (SkillPlus Academy® – Trademark No. 5901239). By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
You must have a valid website, blog, or social media platform to promote SkillPlus Academy’s courses.
Affiliates must not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promote SkillPlus Academy using approved marketing materials (e.g., affiliate links, banners).
Ensure all promotions are accurate and comply with applicable laws.
Do not use spamming, misleading ads, or unauthorized platforms to promote our services.

4. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a commission (e.g., 20% per sale) for each successful referral who enrolls in a course using your affiliate link.
Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer or PayPal, subject to a minimum payout threshold (e.g., ₹1,000).
SkillPlus Academy reserves the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent referrals.

5. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive license to use SkillPlus Academy’s marketing materials (e.g., logos, banners) solely for promoting our services. All content, including courses and materials created by SkillPlus Academy, remains the intellectual property of SkillPlus Academy.

6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Misrepresent our services or offer unauthorized discounts.
Engage in cookie stuffing, fake referrals, or other fraudulent activities.

7. Termination
SkillPlus Academy may terminate your affiliate account for violating these Terms, engaging in fraud, or inactivity for 6 months.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions below the payout threshold will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability
SkillPlus Academy is not liable for any indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits) arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.
Our liability is limited to the commissions earned by the affiliate.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Terms and Conditions for Job Seekers

1. Role of SkillPlus Academy

  • SkillPlus Academy acts only as a medium to connect job seekers with potential employers.
  • We do not guarantee job placement or employment for any candidate.
  • Our responsibility ends once the employer and candidate are connected.

2. Relocation and Job Acceptance

  • If a candidate chooses to relocate for a job opportunity, it is entirely their own decision.
  • SkillPlus Academy will not be liable for any issues faced by the candidate after relocation or job joining, including working conditions, employer behavior, salary disputes, or job termination.

3. Accuracy of Information

  • Candidates must ensure that all details provided in the job application form (name, contact, education, experience, etc.) are true and accurate.
  • Providing false or misleading information may lead to disqualification from our services.

4. Job Application Fee

  • A non-refundable application fee of ₹99 is applicable for one year of job support.
  • The fee covers resume submission and connection with relevant employers. It does not guarantee a job offer.

5. No Employer Verification Guarantee

  • While we do our best to list genuine job opportunities, SkillPlus Academy does not take responsibility for verifying every employer’s background.
  • Candidates are advised to conduct their own research before accepting any offer.

6. Communication & Contact

  • Once connected, all communication between the employer and candidate is their own responsibility.
  • SkillPlus Academy does not interfere in post-connection discussions, interviews, or negotiations.

7. Use of Data

  • Candidate information is shared only with relevant employers.
  • We do not sell or misuse candidate data.

8. Disqualification

  • SkillPlus Academy reserves the right to reject or disqualify any candidate who violates these terms, provides false information, or misuses the platform.

9. Agreement

  • By applying for a job through SkillPlus Academy, the candidate agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
